To our Black neighbors, communities and team members, we stand with you. At McAlister’s, we value community and the individuals who make each of our towns unique. We will always be an advocate for diversity and inclusion both in our restaurants and beyond our doors. Now is the time to stand together. For equality. For change. For hope that when we lean on each other, our communities will become stronger.

While we are all speaking up together today, there is more to be done to continue supporting our Black communities and to ensure we understand all the ways that can be done. We will continue to seek to understand how we can best support while we advocate for what is right.
