David Groll is a world class chef, classically trained at the esteemed Conferie du Chef Le Cap le Cordon Bleu in France and is also a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York. Chef Groll cultivated his talent in several esteemed kitchens throughout the world and has also served as a Chef-Instructor at both the Culinary Institute of America and San Francisco's California Culinary Academy. He has cooked for three presidents, developed some of the most prominent menu items still served in restaurants today and influenced chefs and menus for over three decades. Chef Groll is the two time recipient of a Menu Master's Award from Nation's Restaurant News. Lucky for you, and us, he really likes making sandwiches.
